1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by mcity888 (operated at mcity888.win, hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "mcity888"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "Player") and mcity888. mcity888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To register for and maintain an account on mcity888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of third parties.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an mcity888 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

mcity888 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when triggered by risk assessment protocols. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Management

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on mcity888 only. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, device, payment method, or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms. mcity888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and, in cases of intentional abuse, to void any winnings and forfeit any balance associated with duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your mcity888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mcity888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mcity888 support immediately.

mcity888 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to closure of an inactive account, mcity888 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder using the registered contact details. Any balance remaining in an inactive account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with mcity888's dormant account policy as published on the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

mcity888 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Internet Banking, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your mcity888 account. mcity888 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to verified accounts. mcity888 applies a standard processing period for withdrawal requests, which varies by payment method. mcity888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal.

mcity888 employs anti-money-laundering (AML) controls in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. mcity888 may request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game or market.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting system errors to claim unintended bonuses, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — is a violation of these Terms. mcity888 may void bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

7. Responsible Gaming

mcity888 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from every account. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, reality check alerts, and self-exclusion facilities. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through your mcity888 account settings will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, mcity888 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will not send promotional materials. Self-exclusion periods are non-reversible during the chosen duration.

• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker environments.
• Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your mcity888 account through your payment provider without first engaging mcity888 support.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mcity888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and database compilations, is the proprietary property of mcity888 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of mcity888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcity888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. mcity888's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

mcity888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

mcity888's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by the mcity888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Amendments and Governing Law

mcity888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mcity888 holds its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mcity888's right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

Malaysian players acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction and for compliance with all applicable local laws. mcity888 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling for users in any specific jurisdiction.
